Finance, Administration and Transport

The mission of the Church is to fulfil the duties of Christian Calling, thus, proclaim the gospel of Christ to the world. The mandate of the Finance and Administration Committee in achieving the goals of the Church therefore as follows:

Administration
To organise the Church in a manner that gives glory to God as well as achieving corporate social responsibilities. In doing so, periodic meetings are organised at different levels in the congregation to evaluate the progress of the Church in achieving its goals. To insure that every concern of the members is dealt with feedbacks and complaints are encouraged and these are given much attention. Communication from Congregations and individuals are received on behalf of the Church and where necessary responses are given on behalf of the Church.
The Administration Committee is also responsible for making Announcements available to the Congregation.

Finance
The Committee is entrusted with the financial resources of the Church, which are mainly from individual contributions. Part of the committee’s duties is to ensure that the financial resources are best used in line with Biblical principal. 
In the light of this, the finance and administration committee together with the other committees prepare annual budgets so that all the functional ministries are properly funded for the purpose of carrying out their Godly responsibilities. The committee ensures that all money that are collected and spent is accounted for by providing the congregation with periodic financial reports and other financial information.

Transport
The Church has a minibus that is used to transport members to the worship and also when members are in need of the Minibus in personal capacity, upon request this could be granted. The committee is responsible for the efficient running of the van.
